My parents and I have been long-time customers at this storage facility, and we recently rented an additional unit for a short-term need. The store manager, Daryll Hinton, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and he went out of his way to get us a great deal on our new storage unit. His exceptional customer service truly sets this place apart. The units themselves are clean, secure, and well-maintained. If you're looking for a top-notch storage solution with outstanding service, I highly recommend this facility. They are the best in the business.

I was in need of storage space for around 6 months and researching online for convenient location and came across Extra Space Storage Maynard Rd facility. More importantly what drove my decision were the online reviews of the facilities and the representative Daryll Hinton. He is everything the reviews have stated and his assistance to help me move this forward was exceptional. Bar none, excellent customer service! I would recommend this facility location for anyone who also has storage needs in this area. Very clean and well maintained storage facilities.

Had a great experience with extra space storage so far! Daryll Hinton was patient and really took his time explaining the storage options to me. Had one minor issue with the system, but it was fixed immediately. Would recommend this location to others!

I have had two units at ESS in Cary over 6 years. Daryll Hinton as Manager/ Employee in charge of the location has been amazing and truly a professional person to work with. He has been helpful to make sure the units rate are fare and up to date. I definitely recommend the ESS in Cary location in Maynard Road is the best due to Daryll managing this location.As far as my personal experience , customer satisfaction is what is all about and Daryll has got my vote.

Via website information, I needed help to find a small storage place for a family member not living in NC. Since day one, about a month ago, Daryll, the staff person in communication with me, has been clear in making me understand how Extra Space Storage can serve the needs we have. It was very easy and he didn't treat me like he was a pushy employee. He worked with our moving company during the first time of moving our things into the storage area. And when I needed to get into the storage area, Daryll, once again, was very kind, patient and respectful in helping me accomplish my goal. Clean hallways, nice with temperature control, and perfect size for our needs, as Daryll had suggested. A GREAT PLACE!

My family has used other storage facilities before, but this one is hands down the best. It's clean, safe, priced reasonably, and very accessible. As a bonus, Daryll H., the store manager, is AWESOME. From the very start, when we were interviewing storage places, he was super helpful. Now, going on 2 years storing our things there, we are still very pleased with the facility, and Daryll is friendly and helpful, as always. Highly recommend this Extra Space Storage.
