We had to move a customer from Raleigh to Charlotte, but due to the size of that move, we did not arrive on Charlotte till 11pm. The apartment complex in Charlotte would not let the customer accept delivey that late. At the same time our truck, had to be ubloaded and driven back to Raleigh as a new customer waitied for us in the morning. After a couple of calls they were the only ones that answered the phone, our customer was given access and we unloaded finishing at 3am!!! Customer was happy. We are definitely recommending them to our customers when needing storage.
