I just rented the storage yesterday, and the online process to rent was very easy, no surprises. The layout map on the app is easy to find the location of your unit. Today was my first day to use the unit and I met a very pleasant gentleman named Al, today was his first day at this location but you can see he has great people skills. In fact he was nice enough to assist me with a washer my wife could not help me put on the dolly. He asked if there was anything else he could do. He was very helpful.
