Kelly was great to work with in getting our rental unit established. We had one issue in that we needed a dock plate for the semi that will be unloading to our unit and WOW she handled it like a pro! She got the approvals needed to supply the dock plate and it'll be there in a couple days for us to use - now that is customer service at it's finest! The facility is clean and everything is in great order. I look forward to working with Extra Space for our warehousing needs and highly recommend them and hopefully they will keep Kelly around!

Complete change since Extra Space Storage took over this location. Before, there was never anyone in the office. If you did happen to catch the lady or her husband, they could care less. I was ready to leave but now I don't have to Thank you Extra Space
