I've had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. Derika Alexander (store manager) was very prompt and professional in providing information I needed. And was also helpful and patient as I asked questions and made decisions. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to family and friends, or just people in general that want to be handled correctly, politely and given good rental rates.

This is my first time ever needing to buy storage for my belongings. Dericka made my first inquiry swift, smooth & feel really safe. Dericka is a great store manager & great at sales. The process from start to finish was easy and stress free! They have absolutely wonderful customer service! The facility is safe, secure, and clean! If your unit is indoors, there is music to listen to that makes a sometime grueling task more enjoyable. If I need storage again, I’m coming back 100%! I’m done with “the other guys” that I had a terrible experience with!!
