Extra Storage staff at the petty st location in Durham, NC was awesome and professional. The staff is very helpful and assist with any issues that would arise. Also, I like how the location have a bathroom available for use, not like some other storage places that forces you to drive away to use the restroom. I took away one star because of the huge jump in prices after being a customer for over a year. Truly believe it was a corporate thing. It was too much for me.

Been a customer almost a year now and absolutely love it here! Manager has always gone above and beyond.. I’ve had an amazing experience with this storage company. The biggest plus for me is how easy and flexible everything is — I can come and go whenever I need to, no questions asked. The access is smooth, the facility is always clean and secure, and I’ve never had a single issue getting to my stuff. It’s clear they care about making things simple for their customers. If you’re looking for a stress-free storage solution, this is definitely the place to go!

Had a great experience! I initially called the customer service number and the lady I sooke with was very helpful and answered my questions! I then received a follow up call from Maurice who works in the office of the storage location. I went in and he was extremely helpful in showing me my options and seeing the actual units for space and what worked for me. He was extremely friendly and patient in answering my questions and explaining everything to me. I initially tried a public storage but could not get ahold of a person at the location and the customer service agent barely spoke english and was not helpful so I appreciated being able to see and ask questions onsite. I ended up renting a unit for a great price. I highly recommend this location and extra space storage. Shout out to Maurice for great customer service!
