I called the location since my monthly bill for Dec. went from $200 to over $276. The person on the phone was courteous and said he would check on it and get back to me quickly. He did as promised and was able to put my monthly rent back to the $200.

My experience speaking with Nick at a local branch in my area was great! He was kind, accommodating and got my account taken care of in just a few short minutes. However the reason I’m moving out from the unit and no longer renting with Extra Space is because after only 2 months of renting they DOUBLED my rate. I was not aware that this would be the case upon initial inquiry and I would have never agreed if that was the case.
