Love the one on one personal experience with Ray,did not leave with a question that wasn’t answered.The units clean and easy to get to and even have roll around carts for you,best place in Wilmington no doubt.

I rented a climate-controlled unit for one year. The employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful and the facility feels safe. I thought I would be giving a 5 star review, until I moved out of my unit. When I opened the door, I found several things, including 2 archival photo boxes, covered in mold. All of my belongings were in great condition when I moved them in. Not so when I moved out. I have rented climate controlled units from various storage facilities over the years and have never encountered this problem. I don’t know what happened here, but maybe the “climate control” isn’t controlling the climate very well. Be careful if you have valuable items or irreplaceable mementos. I’ve included a few photos as examples.
