Customer service lady Leslie Ruise was very nice to me when I called to pay for the storage unit auction win. I probably didn't spell her last name right sorry. The facility in Findlay Ohio was very dark, not enough lighting. If it wasn't for my truck headlights shining in the unit we wouldn't of been able to see to get everything out. Also it's very tight corners inside the lot between the fence and the building's and extremely hard to maneuver a truck and trailer if the trailer is 17.5 feet long like mine.

What a great storage company. Today January 5, 2025 I spoke with JoAnn and then Joseph to confirm that I was moving my stuff out of the unit Bigelow Findlay Ohio #087. Both representatives were friendly and I had no problems. I give Extra Space Storage a 10/10 and both representatives a 10/10 for their customer service. I highly recommend this place. Steven was working at the facility just getting ready to leave when I pulled in and asked him how to get a lightbulb changed in my unit. He said I will come right now and do it, and he did! I was very grateful to have light again. The grounds here are well kept up too.
