The facility itself has always been kept clean and there is ease in getting in and out of the gate and my personal unit. I've found it difficult sometimes to be on time with my payment and they have always allowed for a late payment with of course a late fee. However, the one bad thing is I've had my unit for about 5-6 years and in that time my monthly rental rate has been raised by over $50.00 dollars. Would be nice if it was under $100 a month.

1775 Eden Hamilton Ohio is pricier than most storage units in area. Place is clean, well lit, seems to be well managed. My issue is with reservation system, inability to get web specials when getting sales dept for this location. Unit shows as unavailable according to clerk in the system. Therefore unable to reserve to get web specials. Then told no AAA discount, look on web, advertised AAA discount. Felt taken advantage of at the end of the transaction.

This facility is the cleanest and safest around town. It may not be the cheapest but the excellent customer service provided by the ladies makes up for the difference. I receive several deliveries a week and the employees make sure everything arrives in my storage unit. They also are very friendly and greet me every time I am there. They have provided me with the best customer service I have had in a very long time. I would recommend this facility for anyone looking for a very clean and secure storage unit

Inside units are supposed to be climate controlled and doesn't seem to be. It's extremely hot inside and no air or circulation of air. I have another unit at a different facility that is climate controlled and I can feel a BIG difference. Other than that, I am pleased.

I like the location of the storage facility because it is close to my house, work and church. The hours are great because it allows for an early start or a late finish whether I am at work or at home.
