Great service got the lock and key next day totally lost my key one day they got the lock cut off and a new lock in the same day. This is my second time using them great customer service and a variety of options

Storage area is clean and easy to access. The only problem is the constant rent increases. Having been a loyal customer for almost 11 years having the price increase every 6 months is a bit much. A unit that started out at a little over $100 a month is now pushing $300. Employee turn over is crazy as well. Other than that everything is good and the employees have been friendly.
