Nice employees. Clean facility. Only downfall is can't access from 10pm 6am. The units are inside a building making it less probable for your unit to leak or have any type of water damage. Also cheapest rates I found here in town. The carts that they are supposed to have available for customers are hit and miss when you need them..Sometimes they are M.I.A

The property manager was very friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable during my registration. She showed me my unit which was very clean and answered all of my questions I had. I would highly recommend this manager and location to everyone!

Went and got my unit today and it was very fast & easy, extremely great service and was my first time getting a unit ever. Ta’ra is awesome, she explained everything and showed me the great deals they have. Facility is clean and well recommended.

Ta’Ra made the experience easy!! She explained everything and was very patient (I have vision loss). Other places were sold out. She rented me a unit on the ground floor that was climate controlled for my house. She eased my mind about safety and getting insurance for valuables! I would highly recommend them over Public St*rage!!

Tara keeps the facility clean, answers questions with a a positive attitude, and explains procedures clearly and carefully. The facility is easy to use and access. Its kept at a comfortable temperature even during snow storms. I am very glad I chose this storage facility.

The experience with storing my belongings and the staff are amazing. Especially Ta'Ra, the way she makes you feel comfortable and her willingness to assist you. I recommend this storage and you won't be disappointed.

Very clean and safe place for storage. It's an inside storage so you dont have to be outside moving your things in the rain or snow or heat. Staff is very polite and helps you with whatever needs you have. They also have moving carts to help you with not having to carry heavy things or make multiple trips. Inside climate control is great!

The Store Manager, Tara Taiwo, was so professional and friendly! My parents are moving from out of state and needed a storage unit. They were uncomfortable committing to any online purchase without a walkthrough. Ms. Taiwo was willing to conduct a virtual walkthrough via FaceTime with my parents, answering all their questions, and reassuring them of the quality care that would be provided. My parents were so pleased of Ms. Taiwo's friendliness and professionalism they rented a unit same day. Thank you Ms. Taiwo! I would recommend to anyone looking for storage units to use Extra Space Storage in Springfield, OH and to definitely see Ms. Tara Taiwo!
