I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage. When I first walked in and asked for Mary she gave me a nice smile and was very pleasant. She took me on a tour so I could see the different sizes of storage spaces, it was very clean and has a great space for all my event items. I chose the one I liked and was instantly given my keys. Mary explained the paperwork process very clearly. Everything seemed fair and if any changes needed could be done at anytime. I was very pleased, and I would recommend that everyone go see Mary in Boardman.

I had two storage units here with a total time of about one year, and the 10’ x 15’ I just vacated started out priced monthly at well under two hundred dollars, recently rising to two fifty seven by early 2024. This is a safe, secure, modern, and generally clean storage unit facility, but for me the rate increases happened too rapidly to be affordable any longer. My possessions from a moving van were originally placed in a 10’ x 30’ unit for a few months, then I was able to downsize to a 10 x 15 after selling and donating some items. However, upon my vacating this week, my 10 x 15 monthly rate was coming closer in price to what the larger 10 x 30 rental unit had been back in Spring of 2023. I did like the locks and the overall facility but feel I can no longer afford this service. I’ve been in some dark and unclean storage facilities and I do appreciate the cleanliness of this place though!

The staff was amazing and the units are clean and climate controlled. There is a gated entrance and the hours are 6a to 10p. It was easy to access any unit inside due to multiple entrances. Definitely recommend if you need storage.
