Thank you for the excellent customer service! I was assisted by a young lady named Lisa who really took the time to fully explain all options available to me. Her breakdown of insurance benefits put me at ease as I am always nervous to store valuable however I was impressed with how knowledgeable she was and seemed genuinely sincere when addressing my safety concerns. Very clean - all around good experience and I will be referring friends and family!

Stephen at the Coltrane locations was incredibly helpful assisting me with the completion of an online rental application. He explained the best rates and pay options for the unit as well as making sure I understood where to list additional authorized family members for access and billing. Start to finish, 10 minutes, and he followed up with a text containing our access information for convenience. Highly recommend!

Stephen was amazing and explained to me (a first time storage renter) everything about renting a unit and the property itself. He answered all of my questions and was able to show me the unit and rent me the unit in under 30 minutes!
