Please understand that John was the most helpful person at the Extra space Storage company no one else took the time to give me the explanation or understanding that I needed but he went above and beyond so he deserves a raise l you need more people like him working for you please take this into consideration!!!!

Met with Mark to look and measure the space I needed, but it was not what I was looking for. However, Mark was very kind and helpful and I could tell he was interested in helping me. His attitude was remarkable and because of him I will keep this storage place 1st on my list in he future!

Over the years I have rented 2 units at the Extra Space Storage on NW 62nd street in Oklahoma City. I was living overseas and needed a place for my belongings back home. The staff were very helpful in getting my automatic payments set up from afar, and Eric even helped me find someone to retreive a couple unwanted furniture pieces when I was moving out. The units are safe and secure, and communication is reliable as well.

Thomas has been very helpful and followed through on doing what he said he would and very efficiently. The light was not working in my storage unit and he got it fixed the next day. The place is clean and neat and secure. I feel I made the right choice and you will too!
