Lance was very courteous, professional and helpful! His coworker today/forgive me for not remembering his name…was also very kind and gracious. They helped my friend decide what unit to use, and went through all the details so she understood all the details. Facility is well designed, clean, and safe with cameras everywhere! A great place to store your belongings securely!

Absolutely outstanding customer service & affordable units. I live in Houston TX & after my father passed I had to clean his storage unit out. Shawn provided unused boxes when I need them & Lance had great understanding when needing to leave my Uhaul for a day because of the bad weather & flooding. MOST IMPORTANTLY I DIDNT SEE ANY PEST ISSUES IN THE OUTSIDE UNIT WE HAD. Will lease here again! Thanks Extra Space Storage, Lance & Shawn God Bless!

We had a great experience at ExtraSpace Storage. Lance, the store manager, was very personable and professional. He answered any questions or concerns and gave us thorough explanations of everything. This included pricing, security measures, etc. I feel very confident with this facility and would recommend.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to keep my stuff for extra storage. The store manager was amazing. I wasn’t feeling too Great The third time after failing the two previousattempts to make it up there to rent a unit. On top of standing him up twice when I was supposed to meet him up there to get the unit and I didn’t. He was still very professional and happy with all the greetings that I finally made it in. You can’t train that kind of integrity! Great hospitality. He was very patient and made sure that he answered any questions that I had. Explained everything thorough. Just a very pleasant experience. Your place is very nice. Kept clean. Seems very safe.
