Do not ever store your stuff here. My units have been broken into FOUR times in one year. Yes you read that correctly- four times! Locks broken, stuff stolen and strewn about all over the hallways. Not just my units- a full buildings worth. Today the guys at the front desk could not care less about me being frustrated. They hadn’t even gone down to the building to take a look at what happened. Couldn’t be bothered. Their solution was that the ‘plate on the door handle’ was being replaced to prevent it being ‘jimmied open’. Moving my stuff out asap- and the business is doing nothing to help with this expense or inconvenience.

Stephen was extremely helpful when discussing our storage needs. We reserved two units - just in case one wasn’t enough. He made the process streamlined and easy. The unit and facility was clean, contemporary, safe and digital access in and out of the gate, which is great!! I don’t have to remember another password! So overall five star service, facility and overall experience. Would highly recommend.

Stephen was awesome! I’ve been with extra storage space at this location for six months and have nothing but great things to say. He has excellent customer service and always answers any questions or concerns I have! Highly recommend this location based on customer d service and cleanliness!
