Asmae Bennis was wonderful! Booking with her was so easy & pleasant. I didn’t have to go through an hour long automated service or fill out a thousand forms! Awesome. She also took the time to explain everything on our bill to me, showing me exactly what I was being charged for. Great rates. The easiest place I’ve worked with in Tulsa by a mile! Great, clean, secure units Thank you Asmae! My company will be a repeat customer for sure.

This is TOP SHELF IN STORAGE COMPANYS. I WAS RUNNING LATE AND TRAFFIC WAS HEAVY AS WELL .SO THE AWSOME LADY THAT WAS WORKING THAT NIGHT WAITED A HALF HOUR AFTER SHE WAS SUPPOSD TO GO HOME TO SHOW ME THE UNIT AND COMPLETE THE SIGNING OF THE INFORMATION AGREMENT . HELPING ME WITH EVERY DETAIL TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO GET DONE GOT DONE. EXTREMLY FAST AND I WAS IN AND OUT IN 30 MIN'S. SIGNING IN AND UNLOADING 'LOCKING UP AND HEADING OUT. AND LOCATION IS THE BEST PART. ITS RIGHT OFF THE MAIN STREET .PLENTY OF PARKING TOO. I FELT VERY SPEACIAL PULLING UP TO( EXTRA SPACE STORAGE) AND HAVING THE MANAGER STANDING BY THE FRONT DOOR WAITING FOR ME TO ARIVE. THE BEST EXPERIENCE ANYONE. CAN HOPE FOR. It is very affordable and easy to get a unit. The staff were very friendly. The facility was very nice and clean. I was very impressed. I will definitely be spreading the word.

I just wanted to say Asmae is amazing! I called first and she answered all my questions, then I went to the location and she continued to help me. She has outstanding customer service and is the reason why I rented at Extra Space Storage. She is an amazing assest to any company and should be a manager. I really liked the facility, it was clean, indoors and I got to pick what unit I wanted, but is was Asmae who made the difference in my rental. Thank you!

I have not even officially rented a storage unit and I’m already leaving a 5-star google review based on the service I just got. I just got off the phone with Deak at their reservation office and he offered exceptional service. With great customer service like that it almost seals the deal for me. This company seems to be so great already!

Really great service at this location, Asmae helped us rent a unit. They have climate controlled units on special right now. This location is very clean and video monitored. Also first month is free.
