James is SUCH an amazing person. He is kind and offers solutions which is above and beyond what most people would do. When my account fell behind and he noticed I wasn't returning calls and emails, he continually attempted to open the lines of communication with me whether by email or attempting to make calls to keep me updated about my account not even knowing I had been diagnosed with breast cancer and had been in the hospital. I am grateful for him and for you all having such a gem on your team!
