Just moved my unit to this location. Be careful to pay extra attention when making a reservation and be sure to keep your email! At first there was some confusion because I had reserved my unit online to be moved into several weeks ahead of when I needed to, and they charged me. I thought that was just as a way to hold and have first month rent paid because I believed I was getting a "no risk" reservation and recieved an email with my move in date. When I arrived Karen told me I had already been renting the space and the next months rent was due in a few days, even though I had never even seen my unit. I was really caught of gaurd and upset because I have a really tight budget right now and just trying to make ends meet and could not afford to be paying again so soon. After talking with Karen for a bit she assured me she would contact the manager and see about moving the credit up so that my next payment would not be taken until the following billing cycle. She did just that and called me a few hours later to let me know it was okay and taken care of. I had the pleasure of running into her again when I was moving in and she was helpful in getting me closer to the door and also checked in on me after she hadn't seen me for awhile with the truck which I appreciated. Happy to be at this location with such kind and understanding managers.

I would have given five stars if someone would have walked me to my unit the first time and showed me how to put the lock in etc. They gave me a map but I still got lost I was lost for about 20 minutes,, dragging this cart around a maze like a dummy. I tried calling somebody but nobody answered the phone. I finally found my way out but I still didn’t know how to open the door, because it was stuck. Found out I had to push my foot on the handle in order to unlock it. Still it would’ve been nicer if somebody would’ve showed me this the first time! Finally, well I made my way to the office, there was a new person (maybe Kimberly) ????? I forget her name. Well, she came up and helped me and After some time, she figured out the lock for me, and even she had a hard time finding her way out. Very nice lady and great customer service. I think it was her first or second day. Anyways, bring colored tape for markers, so you don’t get lost, lol.

I loved how I could do everything online including seeing photos of the inside and size of units I was interested in. So helpful! Once I learned the access code and how to operate the inside elevators, it was a breeze!!! Very happy!

PROS: Online registration and access worked well and was convenient. Facility is kept clean and seems secure with keypad access and unit locks. The moving carts are a great asset for moving - but be aware, they can be hard to get or find on weekends. CONS: Had planned on staying longer but a significant monthly price increase inspired us to move the stuff out earlier than planned.

The manager/staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and straight to the point. We really appreciated how quickly the whole process went! The facility looks brand new and seems very secure. So happy we're storing with Extra Space!

I rented before had agoodexperance moved and now moved back. Brandon was very nice but he was last time helped me through the step on renting and getting a space unit he GAVE ME THE SAME RUNDOWN ON what was going on. Actual space and ease of renting online is good! When we called to ask questions about the unit we chatted with a customer service person who was super rude though. She was so inconvenienced to answer any of our questions. Almost went with another storage facility because of it, but this one was right next to our house so we just did it out of convenience.

My only complaint is the ridiculous rent increase. Talk about price gouging. I paid $180 and the increase took it up to $260. No thank you. Extremely disappointing.
