Showed up and was treated with respect honor and politeness. Was a great experience. The manager Cara is gold and deserves a raise. Also, if you drive a straight truck, there's 14-foot hugh clearance with pull-thru access. Definitely a huge thumbs up from us. Would recommend.

This is my second time using Extra Space Storage. I’ve always had a great experience with the company. The entire facility and the units are clean, well cared for. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. I recommend their facilities.

Had to find storage for just a short time. Glad I found Extra Space! Margarita was so helpful and explained to me everything I need to know. The building is clean and I feel very safe knowing my stuff is secure. I am definitely coming back every time I need to store things.

Margarita was absolutely amazing, so helpful getting my partner and I to our unit. And when we noticed our UHaul had been spray painted by someone before we got to the unit, she SCRUBBED IT OFF for us!!! Astounding level of dedication to service and hospitality at this place- and both the facility and unit itself was perfect & very clean. Ten stars!

The space was very clean, easily accessible, and the customer service was exceptional! Margarita helped us out and was very informative, also she helped to clean some graffiti off of our box truck that we noticed as we arrived! Couldn't be happier with my experience :)

The system was down when I enrolled online and when I called to get clarification on the situation the woman I spoke to (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) was so polite and helpful. She even called me back to verify she was handling the situation and it was an overall great experience and super easy. This is my first storage unit experience and I couldn’t be happier.
