I have to say that I was very impressed with extra space. The building is immaculate. The process was very simple. And the price was very competitive. The customer service is excellent. You know that you’re going to get Aaron on the phone and that he’s going to help you get you need. Although I’ve never used a storage facility before, I came in a little bit skeptical but have been really impressed with Aaron and the Tigard Extra Space facility.

This location increased our monthly storage unit rent by 20% three months after we started renting, which doesn't feel far off from a bait and switch scheme. The physical location of our business had to close down due to COVID restrictions, and we put our business equipment into a storage unit at this location. This absurd rental increase adds insult to injury. Way to kick the little guy while they are down Extra Space! CEO's gotta get that 13th vacation home somehow. EDIT/UPDATE: I am still very sour about the rate hike, but they provided some pretty solid customer service recently for an issue I had. Upping from 1 star to 3 stars.

It was like ready player one. I found it online, paid for it, and got texted my code and unit number. I got there and it was zip tied off and when I snapped it and opened it there was a lock waiting for me. It is clean, cheap and hassle free

My sister was using this facility recently. She had a pretty good experience. Their handtrucks made the move much easier for us since we didnt have movers at all. Would probably come back here given the choice. Staff is very friendly and will take their time to answer questions we had.

Aaron, at Extra Space Srorage went out of his way to showing me the options and where I might best be served for my storage needs. The facility is immaculate and safe. I've already been back on the weekend and was met by really nice people who are also renting space there. It's perfect!

Extra Space Tigard is a modern facility that we used for over three months. The manager, Aaron, was efficient, competent, and a pleasure to work with. The facility was kept clean, and the temperature was maintained through the winter at a sensible warmth, so that stuff stored was not subject to drastic temperature changes. I thoroughly recommend the storage facility as a clean, safe place in which to keep ones goods.

Really easy move in. Aaron is awesome and super accommodating. The storage facility is clean and easy to access. The only problem is my rate was increased by $80/month after 2 months. This was not discussed when I rented the unit and feels like they are taking advantage of the fact that once you are in it is hard to move out. I felt like I was misled and would recommend anyone doing business with Extra Space read the contract carefully and ensure they can't do this to you!

Five stars for customer service! The employees are very helpful. It is not their fault that there aren't enough utility carts during peak times (weekends).
