Tigard Self Storage at 7600 SW Atlanta St

Jeff and David made it a breeze to get set up with my new storage unit. Both were professional, friendly, and efficient. Jeff provided a guided tour to my unit, as well as worked with me to make sure my access code and smartphone app were working for access. Appreciate the great customer service provider by both! Update 20240413 - had to go in and talk to the office team again today, and Pita was amazing - professional, friendly, efficient, and shared tips and insights for effective storage. Really appreciate her customer support mindset!

2nd Update - The five stars is for Pita (& Jeff). This location has its issues(!!!), but those who are managing it are amazing. Helpful and supportive. Kind. Really want to take care of their customers. The Regional Manager is great too. Helpful, resourceful, steps up where he can. Honest. As for the property owners (not Extra Space Storage). They could better support the location and the brand by being more open about making this location more about servicing their customers and less about keeping their incurred expenses low. Security should be a priority for a storage company and I am not sure if this is fully realized by them. Update - the store managers and employees are helpful, kind and you get the feeling they want the facility to be better, but it feels like their hands are tied when it comes to security. From what I gather, Extra Space Storage Corporate only cares about the bottom line even at the greatest expense of their customers. The situation is leaving not only the customers items vulnerable but possible safety of customer’s & employees. The manager requested for the District Manager to call me and still waiting. At this point I would say storing your stuff here is safer than your front lawn or unlocked house. As there have been multiple break ins with multiple units at a time over the past last year.

Renting online was super easy ,the storage sight was very clean and the prices were reasonalble. Management was great and kindly answered all of my questions.

Jeff was remarkably helpful! Shout out to Cody who sent me his direction as we needed a bigger unit!

Overall, our experience storing items at this facility was smooth and hassle-free. While we encountered a minor hiccup with the lock provided, the issue was promptly resolved by the helpful staff at the desk. It's worth noting that there was a $12 price increase during our storage period, which may be something to consider for future patrons. Nonetheless, we appreciate the streamlined process and convenience offered by this facility for securely storing our belongings.

Im so sorry I forgot the young lady's name that helped me. She was excellent she showed me everything step by step was very informative and Drew me a map so that I could get to where I needed to go to find my storage I appreciate her very much and I'm so glad that I picked the storage!
