I just acquired the space a week ago but booking it online was super easy. I knew what size space I needed and did everything on the website. Then I just drove to the unit and it was ready for me. I liked the ease of it all. The facility and unit were clean and there were plenty of carts available to use. I’m happy so far.

Storage units don’t have to be a nightmare apparently. Every time I move I always find myself in the weird in between stages needing a storage unit and loathing the whole ordeal. Awful fine print, predatory contracts, and poorly kept spaces are common practices amongst the ones I’ve seen. Maybe I’ve just been unlucky before, but I can assure you all of that changed at extra space. I will warn anyone potentially looking into a unit that there is a paperwork cost to get in. You will also need some amount of insurance which they provide, and a lock. So the upfront cost is a bit higher than the monthly. With that in mind I originally spoke to Jesse to try and get some info on units, and on move in day had Cole talk me through the process and help me figure out a unit within my budget that would be easy to access for my use case. They were both a pleasure to work with, and made the whole process as smooth as can be. If the practices and standards I’ve seen at this extra space storage are the standard across the company then next time I have to move I will be 100% looking into getting a unit with these fine folks. Genuinely cannot recommend enough especially at the price point. Also as a final note the whole place is air conditioned which is an absolute game changer.

I needed to downsize to a smaller storage unit at the Eagleville location. The transfer was hassle-free thanks to Cole and Jesse’s outstanding service. Extra Space Storage is secure and clean. Highly recommend!

Almost perfect, until you guys want to raise my rental $80 extra per month, that’s excessively expensive for a single woman living on my own. After speaking with Cole, the site manager, he was able to help me stay with their storage location with a reduced price.
