Matt was Great at explaining the whole process of renting a unit. But the call center needs to be trained a little more they give the impression that you can buy your own lock and I did come to find out this Extra Space location is one of them that the CUSTOMER has to purchase a lock from the site ONLY so I wasted money buying a LOCK.
