This place gives such great customer service that even though I now live outside Harrisburg I still have my storage unit there for when I'm in town. Store Manager Steve Wagner remembers me no matter how long it's been since I've seen him. He has been very accommodating to my schedule in terms of accessing my belongings after hours. I highly recommend ExtraSpace Storage, and they have climate controlled units.

Everything has been top notch! Minutes after renting a unit online, Steve reached out with detailed information about everything I needed to know. The units are clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. A great location and value!

The staff there is super friendly and work with you through everything. I had to move my move out date twice due to weather and they were more than accommodating and helpful. Would recommend this place highly. The price is a bit higher since it's all inside storage but worth every penny! I never had to worry about the safety of my belongings and it was peace of mind for me.

I had such an amazing experience. I reserved and paid for my storage space online and over the phone. The next day Steve called and offered to show me my storage space and how to access it. Overall great experience.
