Friendly store manager. Dislike that I need to purchase a cylinder lock even though I already have a round lock from another storage facility. I also dislike that I'm required to purchase insurance with my unit but there is no way to take it off in the app. I already have renters insurance so I don't need to be spending more to have separate insurance for my storage unit.

As I entered the building a young lady by the name Ayana greeted me with warmth and kindness, with no hesitation and a welcoming smile on her face she respectfully answered my questions. Being that I was confused on the unit size she pleasantly walked with me to view a suitable unit size, and she still had that smile on her face . I thank you so much for being very patient and showing ultimate kindness with me.
