My name is Frank Sheehan. I have been using this company for a few years now. November 29th I received a phone call the night before my shoulder surgery. The call was at 4:30 pm and I was told my INDOOR storage space was broken into. I went there and the top of the unit was cut open and my wife's shirts that she collected from her very first concert were all gone. My $2000 mountain bike was stolen. I had gold coins that were stolen. Along with a ton of other things. All of our stuff was searched and thrown all over the place. I couldn't believe it because, they just increases my rent. I would have never shared about this, but they told me the top of my unit was fixed. I was there and they tied the top of the unit together with string. NOW they are looking to up my RENT!!!! if they would have fixed our unit that would have been fine. I contacted the front desk over a month ago about this appeal of having to pay when the unit was robbed and not fixed. I never got a call back and I called today. The manager said he was busy and would call me at 4pm. I never got a call back. Does anyone think this makes sense. I can tag with pictures, but I'm not going there. I'm surprised I gave them the benefit of the doubt to even stay there. The staff was very nice in the beginning. As a business owner myself. I wouldn't only take care of them I would go the extra mile for them. This world we live in now is very crazy, but to show love over powers the stuff that is done to us. I just wanted to thank the managers Jack and Luke for reaching out to me and helping me with this issue. They are both stand up guys. Thank you Extra Space Storage for following up and making things right!
