BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR. We rent from the Bristol RI storage unit and Robin is amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and proficient! When we ask questions or need direction, she is always clear, concise, kind and ready to help. The storage building and units are very clean, they have carts available to help make moving boxes and heavy items so much easier, and elevators. The hours we have access to our indoor storage unit are great because we can go before work, after work, on weekends and it’s well lit. I am very thankful I found this company!!!

I want to say his name with Chris he had long hair and honestly was such a fresh of breath air. He could see I was going through something really hard and he was empathetic and so helpful. I am so glad I went in when I did and went where I did. Thank you so much for helping me during such a hard time of my life. I never thought I would need one of these. But it felt so nice to not feel so alone and to actually feel cared about. I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!!
