Great customer service. Always polite. Have rented up to 4 10x20' units at one time. No issues with the staff at this location. Friendly & helpful always. All employees were top-notch. The only gripe I have is with the corporate pricing structure. They are inconsistent with "market research" pricing. I had 4 units side by side, and they kept raising the price on each one, due to "market demand". However, they were priced from $118 to $436. So, what's the market? Is it $118 or is it $436? I prefer the lower price obviously, but don't use "market demand" as your reasoning when two units side by side are nearly $300 apart. Just set a pricing schedule from day one. The $118 was my newest unit. The $436 was the oldest. Their playbook is to get you in the door and every 6 months bump the price. Essentially, they punish you for loyalty and reward new contracts with cheap ($300 less) pricing. It forces you to jump around the complex from unit to unit to find better pricing.
