Great customer service! Kevin is amazing and really took the time to help me decide what size unit best fit my needs. Indoor climate controlled units are perfect. The facility is very clean and I definitely have confidence that my items are being stored securely.

As a supplier the Store Manager Kevin Rangel was a pleasure to work with. I know this isn't the typical type of review, as I was there representing a company that has Extra Space as a customer instead of the usual of having their customers comment. During an equipment a piece was needed to finish the project, and Kevin went out of his way searching for one on site, instead of me having to make a second trip. It was good to see an employee who helps his suppliers as much as his customers.

Kendra at Extra Space Storage in Easley is fantastic! Our move has been very stressful, but she made it really easy to get the storage space that we needed and was very accommodating to fit our needs. She was so helpful.
