Kayla is awesome!! She made the entire process of renting a storage unit as easy as possible. Kayla is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful! Update: we were given incorrect information, but when we were told this by the manager, Diane, she honored the terms we signed. Update 6/18/2025: If I have to have a storage unit, I'm glad I have it here. The manager, Anna and her predecessor, Diane, have been very easy to work with as far as negotiating my rate every time there is an increase and assisting me in paying months in advance. I highly recommend Extra Storage, in general, and this location in particular. Update 1/13/2026: We are finally moved out of our two storage units! Anna was SOOOO helpful and made the entire process very smooth for us! If we ever need another storage unit, we will definitely rent one here! I highly recommend this location, specifically!
