On Sunday, I reserved the only 5x5 available at the location where I already had my 5x10 for 10 years. Before I would sign on the dotted line, I needed to see the 5x5 and its “amenities”. Monday morning, Amy Wheeler, the manager, gladly walked me over to the 5x5…just down a hallway from my 5x10. I said “sign me up”. Amy explained everything clearly, merged the 5x5 with my existing account, and expedited everything. We will be transitioning to the 5x5 over many months, on our schedule. No backflips required of us. A very smooth experience so far. Thank you Amy.
