I have received absolutely amazing service since renting a storage unit here. I’ve been dealing with Antrice and she has been wonderful. She’s always so patient and took her time to answer all of my questions. Good customer service is such a big deal for me and nowadays it seems like it’s so hard to find but not here! Antrice, thank you so much for all you’ve done for me and thank you for making me feel comfortable and secure about renting a unit from your location. If that company ever loses you…they will loose me too! Thanks again!

I like it , had great experience with one and now have two. It’s quick and easy to reserve online and sign. Personal has been nice and very helpful. It’s kept clean and easy to store with the heavy duty carts. Very happy!

This storage space is very quiet and super clean .!!! The manager Patrick is very helpful and easy to talk to.! I would recommend this storage to anyone needing a storage . Most of the units are inside and the building very secure 10/10

I've been with Extra Space on Woodruff for some time now and must say compared to other rental companies I've tried, the unit I have is top notch. I appreciate the layers of security in place to ensure your belongings are safe. Moreover, the staff - especially Patrick - always provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

Great storage facility. Staff at facility helpful and friendly. Only downside is I had two units and needed a third when I got the third their system forced me to set up another account, rather than just adding the third unit to my account.
