Amazing people I have encountered thus far. From the gentleman that was so awesome when I got the unit. Even went the extra mile and just didn’t hang up once unit was rented. It is a very BIG change from where I WAS renting at. Even some other renters I’ve ran into moving in it has been very polite and helpful. The facility is kept up, put salt down when weather got bad. I don’t feel as if I have to worry about any of my belongings it’s lit up very well at night and everything is tightly locked down. Thank you Extra space. I recommend to all that is in need of a storage unit, give them a call first.

Within the last 7 years, we have used ExtraSpace Storage twice; once was for 1 year while our workshop was being built, the other was after we sold our home and was in transition to our new home and a new workshop built. I can't say enough good about store manager, Steven Coleman. He was tremendously easy to work with and very passionate & empathetic regarding our personal situation. Working in customer service, we are very attuned to the service we receive, and Steven was absolutely top notch. An excellent hire! Thank you again for such an incredible experience!! If there is a need, we will definitely be a 3-peat customer.

The gentleman who helped me was fantastic, very professional and extremely helpful. Made the whole process simple and easy as my local office was closed the day I went to get the unit. He saved me a little bit on the rental and took very good care of me, will definitely recommend these fine folks to anyone who needs a storage unit.
