Missy was amazing. Missy was very busy handling out the stores and trying to handle the office and cleaning up storages on the third floor! She goes through a lot and she was the only person that could help us while she’s busy trying to take care of the stores.! There was a guy who was there with an extra storage space shirt on, and he did not help me, but Miss Missy Came and help me!!! She was excellent she was She was very kind and helped me and my client out a lot! My client just got out the hospital Last week, Tuesday from having a mini stroke And Missy helped us out tremendously. She was very patient with us. I seriously thank God for us. She really do need A raise because to be handling the office, cleaning store, species and handling out the stores that’s a lot on one person! She deserves a bonus or a pay raise. She is really worth it and she was really Really genuine!!!

Kerry at Extra Space Storage on Mathis Ferry was great to work with and deserves 5 stars. However, I have to give Extra Space storage less stars for not making it clearer the actual size/dimensions of their units. I would not recommend reserving through the phone or website if your space requirements are very specific. We originally reserved what we thought was a 10x20’ unit through their customer service line before our cross country move. When we arrived at the facility, it was actually 2 separate 5x20’ units, which was not made clear on the phone when we reserved. The next best Kerry could do at this location was a 10x15 unit’, which when we measured was actually 9x12’ with a large pipe across the top. Kerry then found us a 10x20” unit, which was actually 10x17.’ Because pricing is based on supply/demand, we needed up paying twice as much as our original 10x20’ space.

I had a storage chair for many years. I had no issues and it was always easy to get in and out.

would go up on price without notifying me. If you did catch it you would have to pay then try to get them down but never would they go down to the move in price. It was explained to me they price on how many open units they had. It was the main reason I moved out.

Kerry the manager went above and beyond to assist me and make sure everything was taken care when I was dealing with things from out of state. In a very stressful time of moving, he was extremely helpful and did more than expected and made me feel at ease. He went out of his way to call me to offer solutions and make sure all would be accomplished with movers. In the beginning on renting, Missy was also very kind and courteous with assisting in helping find an appropriate unit that would work for my needs. Definitely recommend this company and building specifically.

I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! The facility is always clean, well-lit, and secure, which gave me real peace of mind while storing my belongings. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making both the move-in and move-out process smooth and stress-free. We recently moved to a different state, and closing out our unit was just as easy as getting started. I really appreciated the convenient access hours and how simple it was to manage everything online. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service!
