Everyone that I’ve talked to at this facility has been so helpful and friendly! I stored my them for the past year and a half. I never had any issues with it. It is a super clean facility. I highly recommend storing here!

The mgr. Kay at extra space in Simpsonville SC. Is a major asset to her company. She is always willing to help when there is any issues. I rent a 10 x 20 unit. I am a disabled Veteran living on a fixed income. Kay was able to get me a great price on my unit. I was able to pay ahead for one year and will discuss renewing my lease again two months before the current lease expires. I plan to be a long term renter at this Extra Space. The staff are really great and willing to work with you.The building is super clean and very well maintained. There always have carts available to move your items with. The building is climate controlled with two elevators. This is the place to go in Simpsonville SC if you need good storage! Wayne G
