My wife and I recently moved to an apartment from a four bedroom home after our daughters moved out in December 2021. We needed to store some items that we didn't have room for in the apartment. I researched storage facilities in Greenville and Taylors and came upon Extra Space Storage. I reserved a unit online and Anastasia, the store manager, contacted me the following day. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained thoroughly where the unit was, the entry procedure, and let me know that if I had any questions or concerns, I could contact her. This is our first time using a storage facility and we are very pleased with the experience.

Hi I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Anastasia (I think that was her name). I had never rented a storage unit and was pretty confused on sizing and pricing and honestly what I even needed. She made me feel a lot more reassured about the cleanliness and safety of my belongings.
