I call about a storage rental for my brother yesterday and spoke with Terrell he was very courteous and professional he explained the process throughly and was very knowledgeable he answered all my questions and when I got there he showed me the space and it was exactly how he told me it would be I was sold

I called for space at this location yet they didn’t have what I needed. The gentleman found space at a nearby sister location for me. He was very quick yet and got me taken care of over the phone. Contracts signed. Access code all given. No need for me to spend time in office. Time is valuable and he made sure I was taken care of.
