I have used Extra Space Storage for years now and have always had a good experience. The place is clean and well kept and the people in the office are very pleasant. Recently, I was assisted by Tracy. She was able to work with me on my monthly rate increase. So thankful Extra Space Storage cares about the people (like me) who are struggling in difficult times.

Great place to store my things for the time being. I was looking at a hefty rent increase after only 4 months, but Tracy was able to submit a request for approval to get it lowered. I appreciate that kind of service and it keeps me as a happy customer versus forcing me to shop elsewhere.

Tracy did a great job helping me move to a smaller unit. She was friendly, professional, and check on me several times to make sure everything was okay. Great service which is hard to find. Having been there for 6 or 7 years I will say that they routinely increase your autopay payments without notification or asking your consent. Not a good way to earn long-term trust and loyalty.

You folks are a great company. Carisa at the car garage storage at the Slaughter location, Austin, TX was outstanding. She helped me with everything, step by step. She accommodated my hearing and comprehension impairment, and my difficulty walking. Locating the unit and teaching me how to use the lock. She confirmed that my gate entry code worked. She answered every question and followed up promptly with phone calls and answered the phone. She did much more, but I can't recall right now.
