Nothing but a raving review for Cindy in the front office. I have been renting a unit since it was Oakhill Storage and I thought they were providing good service. Cindy is extremely personable and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel appreciated and taken care of. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I just read that there is free wifi and outlets in units. I can never get on WiFi they do not give the customers password. I also have never seen electrical plug access and I've had several units here. I've been renting here over 2 years. Extra space recently took over and now it's unkept not clean and very impersonal. Grass over grown. Carts never in right location, just left randomly around facility. I miss the couple that use to run this facility when it was oak hill storage.

I had to rent 2 storage units after the winter freeze in 2021. They were so helpful here. The whole processes was quick and easy. In the almost 2 years. I was at ease that my stuff was safe and secure. Price wise. For the 2 units I had…they were at a great price compared to other locations. Honestly I’m going to miss it. And the birthday emails. :)

This a fantastic facility. There are a lot of security cameras and the manager lives on site. The place is very clean also. I would highly recommend it.

I loved Oak Hill Storage, Steve knew me by name. He and his staff took great care of me, then they were purchased by Extra Space Storage. It started off a little rocky because the purchase wasn’t announced, and their computers didn’t reflect my payment, causing me some temporary heartburn. Luckily, I connected with Tish who listened to my situation, was kind, calm and helpful — and went above and beyond to quickly address my situation. I’ll miss Steve, but am grateful for Tish. Thank you! — SIDE NOTE: The facility is super nice and clean, but it is a bit dangerous to turn into when headed west on 71, double yellow, limited sight for oncoming traffic with a curve in the road and bridge — Please be careful!
