The process for move in and storage was easy. I paid 6 months in advance, and after moving my items out I got a refund on the unused time. Would recommend in Austin.

5 stars are for the manager Thomas- he is amazing! Extra Space not so much and I rented from Life Storage and so not too happy about Extra Space buying them, but Thomas always goes above and beyond and so I have kept the same Life Storage experience through him. Thank you, Thomas! You're the best!

I was made aware my storage facility was sold again and I could not make my payment on time. I went to Life Storage at 5547 McNeil Dr. And had the privilege my Angela to assist me. He was very helpful and hot me back on track.
