We are new customers & presently renting, and after only three months, they DOUBLED the rent it’s unconscionable to me that they would do this. There notice claims it was a promotional rate, There was no such disclosure of anything of that nature, So I’m calling BS! if you go onto their site, you can essentially rent the unit for what we’re paying now so this is just all a bait and switch scam I would urge other prospective customers to really consider their rental choices so they don’t find themselves in the same predicament that we are in, but I’d like to make a special note to say that this is not an indictment of the people that work there on site, such as Angela, it’s not her fault she’s really wonderful As far as we’re concerned, I will never rent from extra space again after this, I believe this company thrives on the inconvenience they cause

We had a seamless experience from start to finish. Customer service was impressive from the first phone call through the final location we selected. Angela was incredibly kind, accommodating, and compassionate during a difficult time for our family. She made the process of moving my late father’s belongings as easy as possible, and we really appreciated her care and support. Our POD was delivered smoothly, and the entire experience felt much less stressful because of her help.

It's a storage place not much more to say. Was clean and uncrowded when I've been there. I only give it 4 because you have to get out of your car completely when going in because The access keypad is on the wrong side.
