Current customer. My experience with this facility has been extremely positive. Vickie is amazing! Her superb customer service skills and willingness to make sure you are comfortable and at peace shows how much she cares about the customer. Pricing is reasonable and property is well cared for.

The Buda location is super clean and well maintained. The store manager, Vickie is simply amazing. She was very friendly, informative, and professional while setting me up with a storage unit. I am very glad I chose this location for my storage unit. 10/10 I would recommend Vickie and the Buda store.

Vickie was very accommodating to my needs. She changed my password to one I use often without any complaints. She stayed after hours to make sure all my questions were answered and that I understood the protocol and if I needed anything to just knock on the Apt. Door if I have any concerns. She offered water and a restroom if I need it during business hours as I store my furniture. I saw where she knows her customers as they work in their units as she waved hello and called them by name. Shes pretty special. You are lucky to have such a dedicated and professional person to manage your business.
