On the day that my husband was set to change storage units from another facility, the gate code at Extra Space did not work. The movers could not get through the gate to unload. One customer service person was not helpful but did reach out to Dwayne (Store Manager). He came to the facility, on his DAY OFF and saved the day. Shout out to Dwayne for fixing the gate code!

The place is super clean the customer service is phenomenal excellent April is one of the best customer service I've met dealing with doing storage and I've done lots of storage places and had horrible experience April is awesome she is great very good personality very helpful we need more aprils.
