BEST Storage Facility in Dallas! I've had three (3) other "Dallas" storage rental units in the past 8 years, and Extra Space Storage on Waypoint Dr. in Carrollton, TX is BY FAR the best and it's 100% due to Jose - the Site Manager. He is exceptional in every way and his customer service could not be any better. Jose helped me considerably at the beginning to make sure I had the best possible unit for my needs. He is always a friendly, enthusiastic and VERY dependable manager who makes me feel valued, and my storage unit well cared - for which is so important to me. When I had an issue with my lock and key, Jose was kind enough to help me right away with some WD-40 which completely solved the problem. I've met a few other renters at Extra Space on Waypoint, and we ALL AGREE that Jose is the main reason we feel re-assured that our valued contents are in "good hands" being stored at Extra Space on Waypoint Drive, thank you Jose!
