Chris, the store manager, was awesome! We were not able to validate my ID right after renting the unit online 2 weeks ago, but he was great with emailing and calling me and checking in with me to make sure I could access my unit ASAP. When I finally came in, he was very helpful and gave my husband and I a tour to our unit and showed us the best entrances to go through to access it quicker, and broke down all the steps of locking the doors and using the codes. He gave me a follow-up call to make sure I knew my door code was working perfectly when I was ready to begin moving things in. The main office smells like fresh cotton/laundry so that was nice. Thank you!

We had the best experience with this location, we booked our unit very smoothly and they gave us the best offer they have. the storage was clean and very well maintained. First off, Chris the store manager has been absolutely amazing and accommodating with his costumer service. He was understanding with my circumstances, took care of everything right away as he promised, and I couldn't of asked for better treatment. The unit I rent is the perfect temperature and accurate to the sizing. The facility, outside and in, is always clean and easy to access with great hours. They have really good internet deals as well with a simple and self explanatory rental application. You can bring your own lock or buy one when you sign up and it'll be waiting for you when you arrive. It was the first time renting with this company and I've had a very, very positive experience.
