Made our reservations on line and within 2 minutes we got a call from Melissa who s the manager confirming our reservation. Met with Melissa 5 minutes if talking. She walked us to our unit which was perfect for our needs. The whole layout of the complex was good especially the drainage. In ending I recommend extra space storage highly. Melissa was very friendly, helpful and professional

I can't get them on the phone, they never answer. I was never informed if the facility flooded or not. My rent went from $50 up to $82 in just a short time. This is a rip off and I would not recommend using Extra Storage.

We have a unit at the Sprayberry location in Conroe. The lady tried to tell us that we were six days late paying when it was only five days-slapped us with $50.00 fee when we weren't late enough to warrant that.

I do not recommend these people anymore. There are less expensive, just as good, facilities near this one. The facility was good when it started out, but the new people seem only interested in getting as much money as they can out of you. yes rent is late if its not paid on due day, but we were never locked out for being a day late. And they charge fees way too high. we are currently looking for a new storage place.

I have been using Extra Space Store for over 8 years now. What I like best about Extra Space Storage is they take care of the customer, I know my things are protected and I have piece of mind. They have security gates and access from early until late, camera's, and what's best a free moving truck to help you move everything thing in. You should call or stop by, I did. I highly recommend.

I went with ExtraSpaceStorage on Sprayberry in Conroe, TX because of the prompt, clear, and courteous communication from the facility manager. The rate and location were also on par with everything else around. I was so pleased with the clean, safe, open facility and with how helpful the staff was. I would strongly recommend this ExtraSpace Storage.

I stopped by EXTRA SPACE because I needed to store a new boat I just purchased . The access hours met my needs and the monthly rent was very affordable.The facility was very clean and they have lots of security cameras which gave me peace of mind. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great place to store their boats or home goods. The managment staff are very friendly and accessable.

Gary has always been extremely helpful, promptly returning my calls, and CHEERFULLY going out of his way to assist me in any way possible! I dont normally do reviews but I was very impressed with the service I received at this location. The Managers Gary and Ashley were very friendly and helpful. I was very happy about being able to use a moving Truck Free with my move in. I would recommend this location to anyone in my area looking for a safe and secure place to store their belongings along with employees who are great.

Gary was rude and very unhelpful. I simply wanted him to verify the email address at the facility so I could make sure that the email address I had been sending information to was correct. He said that he could not verify the address because "we have already sent it to you three times". I was looking at the emails that I had sent to the facility to prove that I had renters insurance and wanted to make sure that I was sending them to the correct address. When I finally raised my voice out of frustration, he gave the address. I asked how many times I needed to send an email to get a response, and he said "as long as it takes, I guess". I am extremely upset with the rude and condescending manner in which Gary treated me. Apparently, if you do not leave a voice mail it is as if you never called them. I tried on three separate occasions to call the location, but since I didn't leave a voice mail, Gary seems to think that means I never called. If you are going to offer email as a way of communication, you may want to check your emails and respond accordingly.

Nice facility. Management is very friendly and helpful. Really wish they were open on Sunday and maybe a little later in the evenings. Other than that, facility is very convenient to the freeway and at a good price. Grounds are always clean. Very nice to have the option to use a moving truck at no cost. I also like the carts that are located around the facility for customers to use.

I love Extra Space Storage. It's conveniently located for me and they had just the unit I was looking for. I had checked other facilities and the prices were outragious for what I needed. I was lucky to find Extra Space Storage for my minor storage needs. The staff was helpful and friendly as well. Although I never have to interact with them often, when I do have questions they are always helpful.

The managers were very helpful and were easy to access. The units are gated. I had to use a code to get in and out. That extra measure of safety was great with all the crimes that are being committed in the Houston area. My unit was nice and clean and bug free. I had a wonderful experience with extra space storage.
