Nicki at the front desk was very helpful and showed me my future space to make sure I was happy with it. The grounds were clean and well surveilled. She explained everything to me in detail and even suffered through some minor computer errors with me. I would very much recommend her for questions and this storage facility for any storage needs you may have, my need was an RV parking space......
