It was so easy to obtain information and get a unit. Christina was very helpful, informative and super sweet. I haven’t had a chance to go even look at my unit and she took the time to call me and check that I still needed the unit. Great experience and costumer service.

Christina from Extra Space Storage is phenomenal! We had called several storage facilities in the area and all were sold out. Christina offered to place us on a waitlist and said she’s call us back if something opened up. Sure enough, a week later we received a call from her and secured two units (we needed a super large one). A few days later, she called us back notifying us the bigger unit became available and immediately thought of us. Going above and beyond is what Christina offered us. Exceptional customer service. Extra Space Storage…. You’re lucky to have her. Thank you Christina!
